Feb 24th 2010 12:53AM I have seen a Blue Dane in person a neighbor of mine had one and that dog was huge.I loved how friendly it was I said was cause it had passed from old age not some problem like all you who know danes say that they get or have. When I had knee surgery the dog would come up to me and lay by my legs and help me up from the chair if my crutches werent near me cause of the room mate I had at the time.So you can say a Blue Dane is even better than a walker or crutches and they are the most sweet and loving dogs I know of other than an Irish wolfhould of which I had as a service dog and my mom had a britneyspanal (sp) as a companion dog for older people. Both of our dogs were great. My service dog was murdred by some one who didnt like dogs and the other died of old age.So please people remember even if a dog is a so called heartbreak breed that don't mean a thing.

Feb 24th 2010 12:38AM I got news for you r ( the idiot) I know several people who own pitbulls in fact one of my brother's owned a pitbull and all those pits would rather sit on a lap or lay by the feet of some one than fight in fact they would not even growl at another dog. I know for a fact a dog can be as gentle or as aggresive as the owner makes it...YOU r ARE THE REASON SO MANY PITS ARE PUT DOWN AND THAT PITS HAVE A BAD NAME....
to give an idea on how gentle a pitbull can be we seen one playing like a puppy with a fully gorwn blue great dane and those who know the different types of danes know a blue dan is a rather large dog....i seen a kid learn to walk by grabbing a fistful of fur and the the dog would stand and walk as the little kid would take a step.....I still say people like that r person should never be allowed to own a pet cause those that are mean to pets are gonna be mean to wives kids and others who have problems defending themselves!!!!!!!!

Jan 30th 2010 10:10AM Ok for all those who seam to think that the Post Office is government supported might want to check this little known fact out...Yes it is the federal postal service but no it is not supported by your tax dollars so the money that they make is from letters and other items that they sell at the local post offices so yes the extra penny will help out...they pay for the printing of stamps and the extra cost of fuel....
As far as the Mother Teresa stamp I am all for it and no I am not a catholic ...come to think of it my brother who is an athieist also agrees with putting out a Mother Teresa stamp...we think it is great that the post office wants to honor this great woman and we did an entire year in school studying about her when our school took in the first foreing exchange student in a middle school and the student was from that area of India.....I really wish that Freedom From Religion Foundatioin would get a real life instead of telling all of those who live in the United States on how to live theirs!!!!!!!!

this is classic case of individuals trying to blame some one else for thier stupidity if the boy is diabetic dont feed him so much sugar at breakfast there are enough low sugar alternatives so his blood sugar wont spike that high and let him exercise before school dont make the school change just because his parents dont want the responsability for thier own child
REALLY????? I AM A DIABETIC AND I DO GET AS MUCH EXERCISE AS I CAN. ALSO IT IT ISNT THE HIGH SUGAR FOODS THAT CAUSE HIM TO NEED THE EXTRA P.E. CLASS IT IS THE AMOUNT OF INSULIN IN HIS SYSTEM AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL DAY. SO I THINK YOU NEED TO LEARN THAT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DIABETES IT ISNT THE HIGH SUGAR OR LOW SUGAR FOODS THAT AFFECT BLOOD SUGARS IT IS THE AMOUNT OF INSULIN THAT IS IN THE SYSTEM OR THE LACK OF INSULIN AND IF THE YOUNG MAN IS ON INSULIN THEN HIS BODY DON'T MAKE INSULIN SO HE EATS CERTAIN FOODS ALREADY...MOST CANT HAVE CEREAL OR TOAST OR EVEN POTATOES OR ANY OTHER FOODS THAT CAUSE THE BLOOD SUGARS TO GO TOO HIGH OR TOO LOW AND IN CASE YOU ARE WONDERING OR BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH AGAIN ALMOST ANY FOOD ITEM WILL AFFECT THE BLOOD SUGARS NOT JUST SUPER SWEET FOODS......I GOTTA BE SUPER CAREFUL OF WHAT I EAT AS I AM ALSO A DIABETIC AND THAT MEANS THAT THE BODY DON'T MAKE ENOUGH INSULIN SO I TAKE A PILL SIMULAR TO INSULIN SO I AM ON A DIET THAT IS VERY LIMITED ON SWEETS....IN FACT I GENERALLY HAVE A SALAD FOR DESSERT OR NO DESSERT....I ALSO DO NOT EAT ALL THE FOOD PLACED IN FRONT OF ME WHEN I GO OUT AND FOR BREAKFAST HAVE A SPECIAL CEREAL FOR DIABETICS AND I ACTUALLY MEASURE IT WITH A MEASURING CUP AND MY BLOOD SUGARS ARE STILL GOOFY WHEN FOR 2 HOURS AFTER I EAT AND SOMETIMES IT IS NOT GOOD ...BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH AGAIN GET A WEEKS WORTH OF DIABETIC MENUES AND TRY TO LIVE ON LESS THAN 1000 CALORIES A DAY AND NO SUGAR ADDED FOODS AND VERY LOW LEVELS OF CARBS....AND IN CARBS I MEAN NO POTATOES BREAD OR BAKED GOODS AND A VERY LIMITED AMOUNT OF VEGITABLES.....AND BY NO SUGAR ADDED I MEAN NO CAKES PIES OR ANY THING THAT MAYBE EATEN OR DRANK THAT IS SWEETENED BY SUGAR....I AM BETTING YOU WILL CRACK IN 3 HOURS!!!!!!!
Couple arrested after refusing to pay tip at Pennsylvania pub {Daily Finance}
Nov 21st 2009 11:15PM I go to this one reseraunt quite regularly with my mom and gramma. If we get bad service no or a very small tip if we get great service we actually give more than 18% tip but then the tip is dependant on the service.
One server went to the boss and complained that I left him a penny for a tip and the boss came over and asked me about the service. I told the boss that the tip should tell about the service and that was the last time that the server who gave very poor service was working there. In fact he was fired when the boss was told by another customer that I had to remind the server that I had ordered a meal and it came with soup or salad a type of potato and a vegitable and dessert and this particular server had to be reminded to bring me my soup and then reminded to bring my potato and vegitable and then never asked what I wanted for dessert and the boss actually offered to refund my bill to me as it was way below subpar service. I told him no I ate the food and drank the beverage so I at least owed for that but I determined that the server only deserved a penny for a tip. The boss then called the server into the office and told him to clock out and leave he was fired. AND NO HE WAS NOT PAID BELOW MINIMUM WAGE FOR THIS STATE. yes they count the tip into the wages but still they count the tip then add to the tips total for the week to make sure that they are getting at least $4 more than the state min wage. So anyplace that says I must leave a tip of a certain amount will not see me enter....oh did i mention that my uncle ownes a resteraunt and he made sure that all the servers know that the tips are dependant on the level of service that they give. I do go there one time a month to eat and if my soda glass is empty I will let the server refill it unless I am gonna go to the bar and watch tv and talk with my aunt, uncle or another family member who is there is some one else I may know in the bar area. If I am going into the bar area then I will let them know I can ask for the refill myself but we still leave a tip. I will even leave a tip if I am sitting at the bar having a burger by myself. I do know that the servers live mainly on tips but the tips are not a required item a tip is a customer saying " I had great service and I would like to give you some xtra money for yourself" a tip is not and never should be manditory!!!!!!!!!!!

Nov 9th 2009 5:29PM I am legally deaf and overweight and I loved how Ms. Matlin got even at the end and I totally agree that them making fun of her was not right on the show the other time either. Maybe we need to find a way so that they can't hear for at least 1 week and let them try to get around on society.
Cat Lady Loses 9 of 80 Cats {Pawnation OLD}
Oct 16th 2009 9:29PM I only have one cat at one time I had my one cat,his mom and dad, siblings and a pair of dogs but one didn't count as a pet as it was a service animal. So I had a lot of animals but my cat was a kitten and the mom was my sister in law's and the dad was my brother's one dog was a service animal and the other dog was my mom's K-9 companion for those over a certain age. The siblings were newborns so they really didnt count as pets till they were older. But 80 cat or pets of any kind is too many. I am wondering if this lady will be allowed to own a pet in the future. If she is I am hoping that they will make her have the pets spayed or neutered!

Oct 5th 2009 7:57AM My best friend is gay and to tell you the truth I could care less. I am not old and I watch whatever program I want to on tv. I watch the shows cause I like them not because there are or aren't gay charactors on the show or not. In case you are wondering I am 40 and not gay. I kinda wish people wouldn't care if there were or weren't gay charactors on the shows and wath the shows cause they are good.
