NOT EVERY GIRL CAN LOOK UP TO HER MOTHER! some mothers are worse than what we see in hollywood! we as parents have to monitor what our kids watch and make sure the people they see on tv are just that: people on tv... not role models and not someone we think we know personally - because we dont know these people personally! that is what is wrong with society - stars' lives should be kept personal!!! and we should shield our innocent impressionable children from all the garbage that is exposed out there! Jan 18th 2008 10:42AM sorry... to poster #1... i wear suits and dressy outfits to work everyday - and guess what? i wear my sneakers with them!!! as long as i am comfortable and show up to work and do my job - who cares what are on my feet??? i know one thing.. i wont regret wearing them 30 years from now... and i certainly wont be the one keeping the podiatrist in business.. because i wont have buneons, corns or varicose veins to worry about.... being smart pays better than being sexy!!!

Nov 29th 2007 10:56AM hey - i can relate to NANNERANN... i drive an Expedition - have driven for the past 10 years now.. love it! i know the gas for it is expensive... but the room is great... altho i tried the Excursion - it was a bit too long for me... i will stick with the Expedition... and i find that i actually see better because i am higher off the ground and it rides better in the snow.. wouldnt trade it in for anything! my husband drives a F250... and yes, the gas bill every week is terrible - but i budget for it because my family is too large to fit in a Honda or Jetta ... and i have that option NOT to drive around like a soccer mom in a mini-van or station wagon - that is MY right! i DO KNOW that our soldiers are fighting.. and gas is just one of the reasons.. so i wont be ignorant and scream out "i dont care - i will keep driving it as long as i can afford gas"... but i will say that i do conserve in other ways with my family... and God bless our troops!
