Why did you not mention that ever though the bid price of the item goes up a penny for each bid, the bidder is actually paying 76 cents for each bid since he has to buy "bid packets" at 75 cents per bid? And even if you lose the auction, you have still used your bid packets. This is why these items sell so cheap. Everybody that bids on them is paying for them.

Jan 19th 2013 6:11PM Evidently this town does not have zoning laws that restrict how close to the property line a structure can be erected, so this clown started the building on that line. Now what would be hilarious is to find that the surveyors made an error and the building is one inch over Justinianos' property line.

Jan 19th 2013 6:03PM This is typical of the apartment owner who wants to get the highest number of apartments in as little space as possible and placing the building precisely on the property line boundary. There should be laws that prevent this. Perhaps leaving a three foot easement to allow for repair and maintainence of the structure and allow emergency personel access to that area.
