1) The best lotions I have found are made by May Kay. Put them on 20 minutes before you tan, stand under a ceiling fan to dry you and let the lotion soak in.

Feb 24th 2007 10:51AM This may sound silly at first until you have experienced it but the pain in the arm or chest can be caused by a herniated neck disk the pain depending on the nerve the disk is pressing. My pain started in my forearm. A friend of mine told me it was from tennis elbow. Eventually I found it was caused by the herniated neck disk pinching the nerve that affects that part of my arm. It reoccurs periodically. Physical therapy and acupuncture helped. At the risk of sounding like a spammer I must tell you that I invented a pillow that alleviates the disk problem when it reappears.
