When I was in the mortgage business top officials were having wild parties and they would get very upset if they were interrupted when asked to get loans financed/closed in a timely manner that they had made committments on. I would definately stay far away from Chase. I had customer after customer that had problems with Chase and saying they are just the servicers is a cop out meant to confuse homeowners. Chase owns the loan, fannie mae is a program backer.. but Chase has the power in this woman's forclosure issue.

Cheap grain fed beef and industrialized agriculture give us vegetables that have only a third of the nutrients in them compared to the veggies our ancestors ate. Our lakes and rivers and oceans are full of metals that make the fish toxic. The air is full of smog and mecury emission requirements are eroded. Women did not die of breast cancer at age 28 years ago. We have to clean up our enviroment and our food supply

Herbicides and pavement have eliminated the Milkweed that butterflys must have or they will go extinct. Common Milkweeds hidden in shrub or flower borders have an inconspicuous bloom but the bonus is the most INCREDIBLE perfume fragance that will beautify a large area and they attract and feed the monarchs too. The more showy red and Yellow milkweed perreniall flowers ASCLEPIAS are a tough perennial that loves dry spots and sun. So plant some of these and help the butterflys survive. They are beautiful to watch in your garden

Feb 1st 2011 1:07PM Organic is great. I grow organic sweet potatoes in my home garden. They are awesome. If I bought these in a store, the taste is entirely different cause they don't cure them long enough. They also use anti sprouting herbicide on the potatoes which I would be eating as well as a herbicide to kill the foliage before harvesting cause they don't want to waity for frost, and numerous pesticides throughout the growing season. I am eliminating at least 3 chemicals from the body and the planet and the taste is incomparable. Taste test after test have proven organic food is not only better for you it taste a lot better. Organic is not a rip off and as more people buy organic the price will come down.

program. Heck we got sodium Benzoate in pop and nearly everything else (catsup and salsa packets, jams, pickles, juice, flavored waters, salad dressings) It reacts with wholesome Vitamin C and becomes VERY carcogenic BENZENE. This carcogenic is not only a known cause of cancer but it is associated with premature AGING and hyperactivity in kids. The Industrialized packaged food phenomenon is making people sick because the FDA should stand for FREQUENTLY DANGEROUS ADDITIVES. Monsoto already has genetically engineered corn in every packaged food we eat that makes it own pesticide. Pesticide that we all now EAT regularly.
There will be Organic Milk without alfala. Those who can afford healthy food will find a way to keep the Monsoto posions OUT. But the masses of us will continue to eat FDA posioned food
