It is also illegal for an employer not to offer workmans comp insurance or to discriminate, to harass, improperly discharge an employee, not to allow an employee to stop for breaks, to prohibit an employee to join a union, to pay below the established minimum wage, shall I go on!! We have rules of law that protect our citizens for these and many other unfair things, but we the people and of course our government turn a blind eye to all these and other inhumane attrocites that go on in countries like china. God help a chinese worker who were to be maimed on the job. Or a child who needed to leave its station while disassembling a recycled electronic devise containing poisonous metals. Where is the out crys and outrage from the ACLU , Congress and progressives . How about all those human rights activists in show business or the music industry. Even better yet for the climate alarmists. For every manufacturing plant we close down here ,China opens five more ,each spewing out many more times the dirt and hydrocarbons. They don't care about their environment or ours. The crap they put in the air will circulate the globe. Where is the outcry? China has a plan to dominate our world and we are all doing everything we can to get them their. We have sold our soul to this communist country. we continue to borrow money from them to support our social systems in the United States. Why is it even legal to purchase or own any good that this country produces wtih all their human rights violations. Try to buy or posess a Cuban cigar, it is certainly illegal. We need to get back to the basics of what made our country what is was and what it can be once again. Lets tax the heck out of these imports to pay off our huge national debt. and invest a portion in American job creation. Our Politicians need to stop bickering and back biting and get up to the task of their elected job. Let them know how you feel. We do not have to be cowards to this big red machine. And yes Walmart was the first major U.S. retailer to sell out the American worker and the unions. Google it. .

Obviously even with the unfair advantage that nascar gave Toyota this year [legal cheating] it still wasn't enough for Stewert. As long as Nascar wants to support foreign companies that rob america of its economy and destroy the jobs of it fans, I will not support Nascar. You have lost a fan whose family and future have been terribly harmed by Toyota, walmart and every other Asian company that competes unfairly and cheats the REAL Americans who care about the future of our country.
