Dec 13th 2012 11:16PM I completely agree. I used get good service from Continental. Not in the past 5 years, terrible experience. The ticket agents at the Newark, NJ airport are down right NASTY!
The reservations line attendants are clueless. Also, when I flew business class for work to Phoenix, the experience was HORRIBLE. I didn’t ask for anything other than a bottle of water on a 5 hour flight --- the flight attendant acted like I was ‘out of line’ for asking.
I recently flew Jet Blue for the first time this year out of Fort Lauderdale. I was very happy with the experience, especially the customer service.
