Survey Suggests American Airlines Has Rudest Employees Among Domestic Carriers {Gadling}

Dec 13th 2012 6:00PM I would love to know where Alaska Airlines gains the honorable title of "Budget" airlines...Service perhaps, but certainly not budget!! Tickets to fly in or out of Alaska are simply highway robbery.
