The New New Orleans: Life Takes A New Direction After Katrina {Gadling}

Nov 15th 2012 6:41PM Someone once said to me that New Orleans has flooding because it is surrounded by water. My reply was "Like Florida, the island of New York, or any place facing an ocean? Because we are deep South doesn't mean those who live in the sky are better than us. Sorry to say I was right that it could happen. My prayers to those who lost all. I know how it is.
