Mar 23rd 2013 9:33PM Insurance Companies don't like to pay out, just take in, my first accident took me 6 months so I finally hired a Lawyer Friend from Church. The Insurance Company S M, would not return my calls, 5 days in the Hospital was NO PICNIC either. Anyway I gave my Lawyer the go ahead and take it to Court and he did. Darndest thing if one of the Estimaters called and said, why did you hire a Lawyer (after 6 months) and my simple reply was,"we aren't really communicating" please just contact my Lawyer who incidentally gets a third of my compensation. I was NOT found at fault, a lady was looking down her purse when suddenly she looked up and rear ended the car in front of her, which in turn head on with me, it happened so fast that I woke up in an Ambulanc. I wasn't required to wear seat belts, but something told be to click them on or you would not read me now. Insurance Companies will tell you what they want you to believe. I had a Land Lady at St. Laquois Apartments who forbid me to having a dog, YET THERE WERE 2 BIG OL HOUNDS upstairs, so I challenged them with a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission, fraud@ftc.gov and won and Old Pollydog was happy.
