Staying Stylish On The Road: Ideas For The Female Business Traveler {Gadling}
Sep 25th 2012 12:11PM I like to carry a large bag with a smaller purse inside. I also like to carry a Samantha Brown passport wallet because it holds my ticket/bording pass and cards and passport. I carry soft spa socks (try Marshalls or Target) in case my feet get cold. I carry jewelry that can be interchanged. (See similar pendant with interchangeable stones by Premier Designs Jewelry). I like knits because they don't wrinkle and long pants because I look bad in cropped pants. If you have really dry skin, then I highly recommend Carol's Daughter's products. They are good for your skin, body, and hair and they are in a cream/oil based formula so they travel well. I carry my ipod and a tablet with books/movies downloaded onto it. I always carry a convertible phone/tablet charger which also has a usb port that plugs into a wall outlet plug. If I have to type/write, I carry a netbook instead and a thumb drive. A small travel pac of baby wipes are also handy for cleaning and freshening up as well as ELF makeup remover and nail polish remover wipes ($1) @ Target or online. ELF has a whole line of makeup/skin care that is only a $1, Studio line starts at $3. I oftimes, just leave makeup at locations rather than take it home. What IS essential are good travel makeup brushes and ELF and ULTA have good ones.
