Sep 8th 2012 4:11AM A very good article. I was in Harar for a niggardly 36 hours last month and loved it but I wonder if i shall return. If I do it will be en route to Somaliland. When I was in Kairouan in Tunisia it claimed to be the fourth holiest city in Islam after Mecca, Medina and Jerusalem.
