Sep 15th 2012 10:48AM Cruises are nice. However there are a lot of "stay on land" vacations a family can take for less than a cruise. Personally we like to be on our own so to speak so you can change your plans in mid stream if you want to. Just depends what you want to do.

Jul 28th 2012 12:12PM I didn't read in the article if she was by herself or with some other partygoers. I don't think she would have done this if she was by herself. I assume (I know) that some other folks were with her at the time. If so, the neglegence would fall on them for not stopping her is this was so dangerous. I can visualize the group laughing and fooling around. If I was on the jury regardless of the explained law you stated I would find no fault with the buildings owner and 500K is way to much to ask anyway. That just shows greed on the part of the family.
