Airplane Engine Covering Falls Off During Takeoff (VIDEO) {Gadling}

May 23rd 2012 6:33PM These type of things should NOT happen a lot.Commercial aircraft should be inspected & maintained on a regular basis,but apparently this is far from the case.Airfare prices are ridiculous enough as it is,so you would think some of this would be used for the proper care of the aircraft.Then the fare will only increase from planes having to return to the airport all the time even for minor incidents,not to mention the waste of fuel.
