Summer Hotspot: Baltimore, Maryland {Gadling}

Apr 12th 2012 11:07AM Haven't been in years? That says it all. The crime rate is DOWN in Baltimore, and you can walk around without much worry in the majority of the city. Just have your wits about you, like ANYWHERE. I live right in the city and love it, but recently had a friend visit and we took her all over the inner harbor without a care in the world.
