Dec 16th 2011 2:25PM Like who REALLY isn't able to be considered a 'victim" with OVER VALUED ASSESSMENTS ....The escalated 'considered" 'valuations" that so many tout as worth it if they happen to (presently) hold title to surely MUSt 'know" that $25,000 home is NOT FACTUALLY WORTH half a million or more but so many HAVE used their RE for ATM's to perpetuate a lifestyle that is FAR over budgets for far too long !! We have generally the LOWEST savings record and now with many finding their 'earned' pensions NOT considered sufficient to keep up the 'preferred ' lifestyles and the DEVALUATION occurring in RE even as so many attempt to forestall the REALITY of ACTUAL value/worth...More will find themselves as well as future generations that home 'ownership is OUT OF REACH AND UNAFFORDABLE !! REALAITY CHECK TIME FOLKS...delusionalities do NOT swerve us very well !!

Sep 19th 2011 10:24PM AHEM and thensome,,,few 'get rich' from fostering care for the children and please note , the monies paid are for the care and welfare of the child that is adrift in the foster care system. Someone question WHY they receive JUSt the 2500 for SS ...She was a stay at home 'mm, the foster income was NOT employment income, only her husband earned outside income and paid into the SS system...For some reason many do NOT comprehend the SS system /payout/paybacks and seem to figure all recepients are just ripping off the system and them. SS has been a god send for the truer majority...Good luck with privatization for that involves folks making those 'choices' and obviously many make poor ones which includes relying upon those in positions that are suppose to be offering genuine HNEST guidence for OUR best interests ...There are far too many who are just junion Madoffs !!!

Time is overdue to get over it ,possibly effort better utilyzed in finding ways to work together to accomplish solutions that WILL serve 'OUR' greater common needs and neccessities. It remains dismal with the banal divisiveness and serves NONE in the long term of this wretched quagmire that was NOT inflicted by Obama but was indeed a long time in the making.

Too often we do NOT even KNOW our neighbors and excuse it as way too busy working and need own privacy/etc..The age of CONNECTIVITY by TECHNOLOGY has NOT exactly done civilization great favors as we too often see around and about , gatherings where folks are HOOKED to their various macxhines even WHEN WITH OTHER HUMAN BEINGS/friends(supposedly) but little true communication going between them all !!! No wonder that civilized behavior seems scant,,,too many UNABLE to actually relate or actually connect with each other having lost ability to do so which limits everyone.
