An introduction to ceviche {Gadling}

Nov 26th 2011 1:14AM LOL! no disrespect, but this is NOT the typical ceviche...like he said, "his version"! Looks like a seafood salad to me.
No desire to eat it. I guess it's the Americanized Ceviche. Ecuador and Peru make it. People should just go and try the real thing! It is truly delicioso!
