Nov 1st 2011 9:12PM When we got a traffic ticket in Finland, we were told by the policeman that Finland was a socialist country and that we should be glad we were only having to pay 120Euros, because the same ticket would cost a rich man 22,000Euros and that people try very hard not to make any mistakes for fear of financial ruin.
