Thanks for this post, it is true that not so many people are aware that Spain has also a large area with Atlantic climate and very different from the traditionally more marketed rest of the country.

Sep 30th 2011 2:39PM Certainly, Madrid's Sierra is a must for anyone who likes hiking. Living in Madrid it is great to live the city at weekends and being able to do this just 50 Km away from the traffic jams. I do recommend it!
