Obama administration lifts some travel restrictions to Cuba {Gadling}

Aug 2nd 2011 1:45PM Ok so we knew that those 3 rules were already implemented, but my question is, can a person born here travel to Cuba, i.e. my living boyfriend of 3 years, I understand that Cuba recognizes this as my husband, but does the U.S. ?
Will he be able to travel with me to visit my relatives there?
