How to Navigate Washington, D.C. Without Going Nuts {Gadling}

Jul 17th 2011 12:00AM I think the Metro is the best way to travel in DC. I took my mother (age 73) to Cherry Blossom Festival this year, and we had no trouble getting around. As a teacher who has brought many students to DC, I DO NOT recommend renting and riding a bicyle! Metro is so easy and inexpensive to use!
