Las Vegas Homeowners Association Scandal Claims 4th Victim {AOL Real Estate}
Mar 31st 2012 9:32PM Tracy, I've already reported LL to AOL and several Federal Agencies, and I will now do the same with you. You are probably the same person, since you use the same cut and paste garbage, but no matter. You will be facing a large fine and prison time.
To anyone else DO NOT CLINC ON ANY LINK IN THIS OR LL'S SPAM. You will get a nasty virus that you will be unable to remove from your computer.
Three Kitchen Gadgets I Can't Get Along Without {Shopping Articles Blog}
Feb 11th 2012 5:31PM These items are NOT life saving, with the possible exception of the spatter screen, which CAN prevent some burns and fires. Please don't be so sensational in your links.

Exploring the underground caves of Rio Secreto in Mexico {Gadling}
Jan 9th 2012 8:54PM There's a beautiful cave in the interior of Mexico (I can't remember the State) near the town of Bustamante called Grutas del Palmito. (Cave of the palms) It was formed by volcanic unlike these limestone caves, so it didn't have the spectacular formations or river, but it was fantastic!
Vet's Widow and Son Receive Gift of a Lifetime {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 20th 2011 4:27AM They may not have received anything yet. He only died four weeks ago. It sounds like they were in dire financial straits before he died, as they were already living in one room in her parents' house. Maybe there won't be much left after they pay what they already owe. Doesn't a service member have to pay in to get that insurance? Maybe her husband hadn't been paying. Is it always $400,000?
HOA Forces Family to Remove Disabled Child's 'Therapy Home' {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 16th 2011 8:40PM The HOA is required by LAW to make reasonable accomodations for the disabled. Why should the family move. What if they moved there before the child was born or diagnosed with CP? Would you think it was right to force them to move because of the child's disability or need for treatment? That's exactly why the Americans With Disabilities Act was enacted, to assure that no one with a disability could be discriminated in this way. The child doesn't deserve to live there or receive needed treatment because he's disabled? What next? He doesn't deserve to live ANYWHERE because he's disabled? Should the parents be forced to institutionalize him? What the heck. Why don't they just kill him so he won't be an embarassmant to the HOA or the neighbors?!? Careful -- YOU could become disabled tomorrow!
HOA Forces Family to Remove Disabled Child's 'Therapy Home' {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 16th 2011 8:30PM Perhaps their son was born or diagnosed with CP after they moved there. He is disabled, and the HOA is the one required to make reasonable accomodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. It would be unreasonable for them to have to move.
HOA Forces Family to Remove Disabled Child's 'Therapy Home' {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 16th 2011 8:26PM The HOA is the one violating the rules here. They must abide by the Americans With Disabilities Act, which mandates reasonable accomodations for the disabled, like this child. Not only are they getting bad publicity, but they are setting themselves up for a huge lawsuit from the parents and possibily the ACLU, and also fines from the Federal Government.
HOA Forces Family to Remove Disabled Child's 'Therapy Home' {AOL Real Estate}
Dec 16th 2011 7:09PM This structure would be covered by the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the HOA is just asking to be cited. They probably realized that, which is probably why they backed down. I think the homeowners should sue, and make an example of this HOA. Maybe others will take note.
