Tim, the C-Pap is not to help you sleep or to change your sleep habits, it is to give you better quality sleep when you do sleep. If you don't need it, fine, but if you have sleep apnea, it can save your life. I have had one since 2002, and for the first 3 or 4 weeks hated it, but now I would never do without it. Nothing changed in the way I sleep, (I have insomnia, so I do take 10 mg of Ambien), but my sleep is rest and the most important part of sleep is the resting stage, which has names sucs as RIM sleep. But I feel better than I have since I was 10 or younger.

Jun 24th 2010 6:25PM I don't think he is necessarily in good hands at the Cleveland Clinic. Two of their pain specialist took me off a muscle relaxer that I was taking due to being struck by two cars. The muscle relaxers worked well for me, but they wanted me to take Nuerontin. I had tried Nuerontin in the past and it depressed me and made me have suicidal thoughts. But even beyond that, they told me that the muscle relaxer I was taking was very addictive, but I could stop taking it immediately because it had no withdrawl symptoms. Now look up what causes addiction.

May 27th 2010 12:50AM Let's forget all the hype. From season one the judges made it clear that looks, being funny, or popular would not get you in the finals. First thing they started telling the constestants, wow, you are so cut, you will go far. And since then very few talentent singer have one. I was no an Adam Lamber fan, but he was a showman, he could sing, he should have won. Crystal by far, should have won. This show is rigged and for those of you that don't think so, I know how many votes were cast last light, I know how many votes were cast for Crystal, Crystal received more than half of the votes, that is a domcumented fact. She did not win. Bull. but the best thing she will surpass Lee by miles in a few weeks. Lee will make it, but not big, Crystal will become more of a house hold name than she is now.

So, the way some of you are talking nasty about Russell for not being a back stabbing, liar, nice guy is kind of what the United States should have said to Japan and Germany, pretty please, stop killing innocent people. Especially Japan, what the hell, we dropped two Atomic bombs on them, but we where the good guys. Shut up about this silly game, Russell played by the rules, he won by the rules and the cry baby losers got to vote against him because he deceived them. I think Obama should tell the terrorist where the next US soldier is going to be so there are no surprise attacks. Russell did a great job according to the Rules of the Game, the rules do not say, lie to everyone but make sure they love you for lying to them.

May 17th 2010 1:38PM When the first show came on the air, I hated it, because I don't like back stabbing liars. By this time last year, I understood the rules and the rules are to be the best back stabbing liar and you get a million dollars. Russell was the best of all. So when I finally figured out the rules and started liking the show for what it is, the rigtheous step in and squash him for following the rules. Danielle said that Russell was the worst kind of liar because he betrayed her and she wasn't going to vote for him. Boo hoo, she got played and now she gets to vote against him because her feelings were hurt. Shut up, whinny, cry babies. Sandra's husband being in Iraq has absolutley nothing to do with the show, if it does, then just give her the million and don't have her play for 39 days or 39 seconds. Geez, Russell maybe be a douche bag in real life, I don't know, but for this show, he played by the rules better than all of them did.

Apr 27th 2010 6:05PM I love Sarah Silverman's comedy. I guess growing up with some of the old timers back then, Don Rickles and all made it easier. As the article stated, she isn't for everyone. But I will take her. She makes me laugh.
