During that time I have seen many claims from passenger on cruise ships from simple treatments for minor aliments to extensive medical intervention resulting from heart attacks and personal injuries from slips and falls. In some rare cases the passenger had to be emergency airlifted by helicopter to the nearest port for emergency hospital treatment.
