When we were kids.. ( 60's) We used to Use Plastic Garbage Bags, Fill it up with Natural Gas, tie 100 ft of TP to it and light it.
Let it go up into the sky and in about 200 ft the TP would Ignite it..

Even Home Depot has Bigger Tool Sheds made out of Vynil Composite for only $2,500 that are as big as this.
Add Plumbing and a Toilet and Shower head for another $500 and good to Go..

Our Insurance is Based upon a Socialized- Subcidized system
Spreading the Cost to Everyone else..
just like All other Insurance does..
At the least? Should be a Animal Rider Premium to a Dog Owners Policy.. so the rest of us, that Don't own Dogs, don't have to Subcidize their Premiums..
In our Town? Every Dog has to have a New Tag every Yr. and to get one, it cost $5 but you also have to have a Insurance Policy for it, that it's Liability is covered..
people walk their Dogs, they Pee on peoples Bushes and Ruin them, those Bushes cost the ave of $200 To have Replaced..You have to have the Insurance to pay for that..
Or don't let your Dog pee on other Peoples Property, Right?
Same goes for People.. Local Bar is liable for Customers Peeing on The Cities Bushes ... and we plant alot more around the Streets of the Bar , just to Create more Work for our City workers.. and Collect Twice the Cost from the Bar.. It's a Nice $ maker for the City and the Landscaping firm we get the Bushes from.. a Major Contributor to our Dem. party...

-If your Premium didn't go up, then your Home's Replacement Cost Didn't either and it isn't worth More, now Is it?
-You best Hope your Home increases in value by at least Per the Inflation Index ( ave 3% apy )
-You can Keep the Premium Down, by just Increasing The Deductable.. and if you play it right? The Contractor can Pad the Cost to Do Repairs to cover your Deductable..
-Do the same with your Auto Insurance..
-And Don't Let Them Decide How much your Home/Car is worth..They Always Over Value it, so they can charge you more of course!
-Always go Get Actual values to Replace it..
-Add your Deductable to that cost and Bingo!
-Call them up and change the Insured value..
-They tried to Insure my Cars $3k more than they really were worth, Minus my $1k Ded. is still $2k More..But come time to Pay that? They won't.. I just call them and Reduce it's insured Value.. They don't like that, but Tough Beans!
