Apr 29th 2013 11:31AM I agree. I owned three homes in my life and about 20 yrs. ago I decided to rent. I love the carefree living. If something breaks, it gets fixed, no yard work, taxes, if I have or want to move, I just wait for the current lease to end and go. No home to sell. For me renting is the best!

Apr 29th 2013 11:22AM We have fabric window coverings that filters the light...keeps out dangerous rays (and light from solar panels!), but allows the light to come in. They work!

Oct 7th 2012 6:50PM Whoever builds a structure on top of a cemetery will have BIG problems as long the structure is occuppied. You do not disturb the dead, unless you are willing to deal with what will happen to YOU and yours as a result. He is an attorney so he thinks he is untouchable, but those in the afterlife don't care what or who you are.
