Nov 2nd 2012 12:21PM Im pretty sure any lawyer worth his salt will get this overturned as the police can not tresspass without a warrant to do so. They can look from the easment but may not enter the property without prior knowledge that a death has occured. A few case came up like this and for them to tresspass in order to get evidence they didnt have to get a warrant to then go on the property doesn't float. Even under the patriot act this case should faulter.

Jul 27th 2012 12:05PM Without the owners permission or a court order in document then these cops vandelized and defaced personal property and should be arrested and charged then order to repay damages so the artist can recreate the lost art and then the cops have to be dismissed from their jobs and pensions lost. No way around that as they committed several crime here.

Jul 17th 2012 1:21PM The manufacture is not in anyway at fault it says in writing it will kill grass if anyone besides the homeowner is at fault it is the garden center for making the reccomendation and getting him to use the product on their suggestion.

Mar 20th 2012 3:53PM Id love to see where they get this idea of hope as it is not here in the midwest where home building ceased 3 years ago and homes sit empty by the hundreds. New empty homes built to sell at $400000 now are be dumped at less then $185000 and not selling.

Feb 14th 2012 1:33PM I looked into renting an rv for a cross country vaction trip but after looking at the rental cost the milegae fees and the fuel along with fees to park it was almost 6 times the cost of airfare, hotel stay and entertainment. Seems like the way to go but be prepared to pay much much more then a traditional vaction.
