Mystery hitchhiker becomes poster child for National Library of Wales {Gadling}

Oct 6th 2010 2:32PM During our summer holidays in Wales we would often talk with Islwyn in the village of Llanbedr, he would hold his hand out to be shook by my young sons, then at the last second withdraw his hand and make a gesture by rubbing his nose, my boys thought he was very amusing.
