May 12th 2011 3:18PM Do you know anything about In and Out burger. They only buy local crops. If the beef or vegis cant be shipped to a city within I believe 12 hours by truck then they dont start a franchise there. These guys are American to the bone. Im hoping we get one in Albuquerque soon. Because I have taken trips to California (my wife works for Southwest Airlines) just to eat lunch at In and Out Burger and then come home the same day. (hint you can take the Parking Spot shuttle for Sepulveda from LAX walk to In and OUt and catch the shuttle back to the airport all with in an hour and a half.

Apr 11th 2011 5:32PM Sorry Lisa but you are wrong. If your flight gets cancelled you get credited what you pay when its cancelled and then you can rebook. If its last minute some times that happens.
Gas prices are not the issue. Southwest does fuel hedging meaning they bought the gas they are using today at prices 3 or 4 years (maybe even longer) ago. As far as not flying to LA, I dont remember that happening but I promise you if you wanted to change your ticket to another nearby they would have done that no problem. There may have been a different ticket price for what you paid, but you would not have to pay a change fee ect.
As far as safety. They are safe, they have the best ratings possible, This past incident was isolated, and once again SW went above and beyond what was needed. SWA is by far the best domestic airline and I wouldnt doubt if they go international and to Hawaii before too long.

I saw him and Denise Richards at Disneyland (still seperated but together for their childs birthday) this past June and he is a 5' tall shrivelled up old man with an almost bald head. They do a ton of work on him.

Nov 11th 2010 2:52PM To educate the people of the country to not be as ignorant as you. Its my country too smart one, I just choose to defend in a much better way. I would consider my life a failure if I ended up in the military, and I counsel every student who asks for career advice from me to only turn in that direction when they have no where else to turn. If they join the military the system failed them. I know we are brain washed into believing that soldiers make sacrifices ect. but nobody forced them to sign up, nobody begged them. Its a choice not a sacrifice there is nothing noble about being a soldier its usually the easy way out

Jul 27th 2010 2:12PM So you like getting charged for bags having an assigned seat, and being overcharged for your flight??? Why anyone would fly any other airline but SWA is baffling to me. They have the best customer service ratings by far, the cheapest fares the fastest routes and best policies you cant go wrong but what ever floats your boat I guess!

She was more then likely either flying on an employees "buddy pass" - all full time Southwest employees get 16 free tickets to give to friends and family a year, or she is a sales representative for SWA and in which case gets to fly for free anywhere SWA flies anytime provided there is space availible. If the later is true she will be fired for causing the stir. If your asked to get off you need to get off quickly and quietly, if she is flying on a buddy pass she is going to get the person she is flying with in trouble and maybe even fired. This stuff needs to be nipped because as a family member of a SWA employee I really enjoy being able to fly where I want when I want for the most part and dont need the airline to reconsider their policy.
