I know you are angry, but please find it in your heart to forgive the firefighters. They didn't start the blaze. They did search the home. No fireman would ever leave someone behind knowingly. I am sure this is a very emotional thing for those on duty as well. I pray that none begin to self doubt, everyone makes mistakes, as quoted early, we are only human.

Jul 28th 2011 7:39PM @ Sarah...Okay, she wasn't specific enough for you? A uterus, the thing that is in a VAGINA, is necessary to have a baby! I have had 2 c-sections. I have a Vagina and a uterus, as everyone must, to carry a child. Penis' do not accept sperm for fertilization...the sperm must fertilize and egg in a womans uterus to cause pregnancy. A+B+=C.
I have transgendered friends, but claiming to be a "pregnant man" is absurd. Save it for the tabloids, keep it out of the news.

Mar 22nd 2011 12:57AM I agree with David McDonald, this woman should be banned from flight. She obviously doesn't have respect for anyone. As one woman stated, a simple "Excuse me, I ordered a vegetarian meal." would have been suffice. This woman was tactless and rude and needed charges filed against her to put her in her rightful place. This was a missed opportunity for a lesson in manners. I am sure this wasn't the first time this woman was out of line and it won't be the last.
P.S. Quit picking on Brian, there are more important things than perfect spelling in life. Throwing digs at someone is almost as rude at throwing food at someone. Everyone is entitled to an opinion here, regardless of spelling, grammar or punctuation. If you dont like his spelling skip his post and read on. No harm done. Brian, thank you for your past service in our military (Navy).

Jan 5th 2011 2:36PM How VERY tacky to write a book about someone's private life. (Don't think you are any better because you let him read it first and changed a few things!) You changed his name, but anyone that knows you knows who it is...after all you were together for years. You would think for all the times he was there for you, through family deaths, 9-11, etc...he would deserve enough of your respect than for you to throw him under the bus. He TRIED to live as society would expect. He tried and finally he was honest with himself and with you. A good person would have been there, since this was very painful for you AND him. Get of the self pity train and move on graciously. I hope you find someone you can trust and find happiness, but don't rob him of those same pleasures.

Nov 18th 2010 5:55PM Embarassed and humiliated? Get over it. Give the guy an "We're SIIIIIIIRY" on his next receipt and call it good. MAYBE offer him a burger, or a shake. But giving him sympathy or making him a victim over a juvenile prank is ridiculous. My 12 year old hears worse than that on a school playground on a daily basis and has learned to ignore it. Grow up. Crumple up your "lotto ticket" Ooops, I mean receipt...throw it away and move on to the important things in life. You don't deserve a dime, just an apology...nothing more; except maybe that milkshake or burger!
