Oct 14th 2010 10:02AM My goodness Patrice. I said NOTHING about sitting in the pilot's lap, I said seat, thus making reference to the responsibility of a pilot. Where is your mind??? I am well aware of the training a flight attendant goes through in order to take on that job. I was not trivializing their responsibility. However, you definitely took it that way. Are you a flight attendant and thus defending your job? I don't know about the rest of the flying public, but I would rather a trained pilot be responsible for handling the navigation of the aircraft I'm sitting in. I used to work for an airline and grew to respect many of the flight attendants. Note, I didn't say all. When I board a plane I want to have full confidence in knowing that I will "arrive alive". I would be less confident if the pilot became ill, died or experienced some other emergency, and the co-pilot's seat was either empty or had someone like you Patrice sitting in the seat. Communication is also critical and your lack of command for the English language would set red flags waving!

Oct 13th 2010 2:29PM This confirms that the suggestion that a flight attendant can sit in the co-pilot's seat is a ridiculous recommendation. The training a pilot goes through and what a flight attendant goes through are two separate and distinct skill development requirements. I hope that this confirms to leave pilots where they belong and flight attendants in the galley.

Sep 7th 2010 5:04PM Teresa spent more money on nonsense on the show than the average working person, so I have no sympathy for her that she's on national TV after filing bankruptcy spending like she's the Queen of Sheba. Those ridiculous gaudy outfits on her kids, blinded by the head pieces, and her custom made this and that, and now she's scared of jail? Give me a break. Danielle looks like a saint next to those women. And Caroline acting like she's holier than thou, when her own family has issues. They're all living pay check to pay check and Jacquelyn's bratty daughter deserved whatever backlash she got. How rude she is. And to make Danielle the fall guy when she never said a word to the daughter. I'm beginning to think she is the better one of the crappy bunch. I refuse to believe Teresa knows nothing about the money issues. You can't just spend as if there is a bottomless pit, and be in bankruptcy at the same time. Break out the orange jump suit for Teresa, and make sure there's a matching head band to go with it!
