and I don't understand the intentional lack of firewire 800, even though it has USB 2 but if you have alot of drives running FW800, you are out of luck.
If you are going to have a high end "power" book laptop, I expect it to have current "power" ports and good hard drives, not the 5400rpm ata drives. I hope they make some modifications.
