Retro Apple: The QuickTake 100 digital camera {TUAW.com}
Jul 30th 2009 10:52AM i had one of the Kodak DC models, I think they used the same kdc format...
I believe we eventually used a Photoshop plugin:

i didn't need to use the serial connector because it could dump images to a compact flash card... convenient... if the camera and flash didn't hoover down AA batteries so fast it would have been a decent camera.
back then we were running a glorious Powermac 7100/80 AV

Jun 2nd 2009 1:48PM dude, get over yourself... I'm always bringing on hot food and a decent cup of coffee when flying to/out of DC and Boston area... I'd rather smell good, hot food then some old hag's over-doused, nasty perfume or the excessive smoker that smells like chimney's ass end. But just for you, next time I'll try to bring along an entire 16" Chicago deep dish to share with you - just hope you're not lactose intolerant you wuss...
Friday Favorite: TextEdit {TUAW.com}
Apr 17th 2009 4:17PM Second TextWrangler FTW!
unlike TextEdit, TextWrangler opens up HTML without trying to render it as a webpage - TW goes straight to code... you can have multiple pages open and jump between pages easily and well the TextWrangler icon/logo is cooler...

Psystar countersues Apple {TUAW.com}
Aug 27th 2008 10:13AM nero has a valid point. if they are selling the mac os as a seperate installation software then it should be available for install on a system platform regardless if it's a mac or a window's intel based system...
as for the bmw argument, psystar isn't selling a bootleg, black market, fake Apple Macintosh computer and pawning it off as a real Apple computer to the end consumer. They don't really say they are "Mac/Apple" machines at all, just machines that run the Apple Mac OS software... now if they were putting the Apple logo and stating it was a Apple Macintosh machine then that would be an entirely different venue for the court system.
Mac Intel-based hardware can run Windows xp so it would seem a that Apple set the precedent of installing competitor's os on their platform.

Aug 9th 2007 12:02PM that is a great idea about the goldfish... they'll provide a nice fertilizer for your garden too. i'm impressed they made it through the winter. i thought only the koi variety did that.
that overflow hose is a good implementation instead of doing two seperate channels of flowpipe.
