Feb 20th 2011 5:08AM The folks who really need the help are being abused MORE by the fake handicaped then by the airline employees. It happens evertday and all day long. We are not allowed to ask what the handicap is, so when someone says the "need" a wheelchair, we are forced to comply. When the traffic is such that we dont board until last, they get out of the chair and walk on with no problem....they just want to be first on and have overhead storage.
If the handicaped want MORE, do something to help yourself and have that issue address. They are ripping us and you off.

Apr 25th 2010 2:19AM ...when the planes can not take off in a timly manner due to weather, ATC (Govt caused) delays, and you may have to sit out there for a bit, you now will be brought back to the termnal and your flight cancelled and your money refunded if you wish.
End of delay and $27,000 threat by the NObama DOT...and it IS DOT coming up with this one, NOT Congress.
