Mar 16th 2013 6:35PM regardless of the gun situation, he doesnt pay his rent....end of subject. Renters are required to pay rent on time and in full. I think he is using this to be able to stay in his place. Obviously he can't afford to. That is the real issue.

Nov 24th 2012 12:07PM why make a big deal out of nothing? Everyone, without exception, should be free to worship as they choose. Isn't that why people came to the US in the first place? I support a persons right to be an atheist if they choose or any other faith. Being so definite about anything really shows a lack of self esteem and being a control freak.

Jul 28th 2012 3:08PM I am an attorney, and if asked, I would not take this case. This young lady, 23 years old, is also a teacher and supposedly responsible enough to be teaching our children. She is not a child, but apparently she is childish because of her actions. From what I see of these postings, she was also drinking. This does not even come close to setting a good example or taking responsibility for your own choices. She chose to do what she did, even though she knew it could be risky. There are times when supposedly intelligent people need to step up to the plate, and use their brain. One cannot assume that nothing bad will ever happen to them. It was her choice. A banister is not a toy and she behaved like a fool. Sounds like her family are eager to get their hands on $500,000 any way they can.
