Ingredients according to Chef’s Facebook page include:
12-yr-old Italian balsamic vinegar, Japanese rice, 70-yr-old virgin water, Muscovado sugar, Norwegian pink salmon, cucumber, mango, foie gras, sea cucumber (smoked then pickled and steamed ’til tender sticky), genuine crabmeat, wild saffron, mayonnaise with butter and are garnished with 12 local Palawan pearls and 4 .20ct African diamonds of VVS clarity.
This most expensive sushi is available for sale for a price of $4,300, almost double his prior expensive sushi, priced at $2,750. Further, the prices for this new and expensive sushi rolls are subject to change without prior notice, depends on stone clarity and ingredients used, and even takes into account the customer’s budget. by the way, i work in a pawnshop and judging the clarity of the stones in it plus the pearls, i think the value of it is far more than the price. this should approximately amount to 4-5k US$ the gems alone. i dont know if these are blood diamonds and pearls but i know he gets it at a very low price if this is correct. yes, i would rather buy these dishes and resell the stones afterwards than get a Louis Vuitton bag that has no pawn value at all. i am probably one of those people thIs person is catered to. i hope i can go to his shop someday.
