Jan 26th 2011 1:31PM Jiminy crickets! Fired from a car salesman gig? I always figured if nobody else wants you, you could always sell cars. I shudder to think about the person who gets fired from car sales. What is left? I can't even imagine selling cars in the Chicago area. Lord, how awful. I wouldn't know whether to go bowling or commit suicide. Only selling cars in Cleveland sounds worse. Talk about the end of the line.

If nothing else, it should induce folks to get off their duffs and do something interesting themselves, rather than leave it to others. In that sense, way to go. Meanwhile...what am I doing today? Jan 17th 2011 8:21PM Heck, I thought he was funny. But then again, I like Kathy Griffin. Some of the best humor occurs when we leave the "safe" zone behind. His material was current, well aimed and delighfully bitingly ascerbic. Excellent. If those folks can't handle those kinds of barbs, they're in the wrong business. They need to stay somewhere "safe". The entertainment business is not, nor has it ever been for the faint of heart, nor is it safe. And he was not picking on unarmed people, as evidenced by an equally snappy Robert Downey Jr. Well done.
