Ryanair pushing ahead with $6 standing room only seats and paid bathrooms {Gadling}

Jul 4th 2010 8:50PM What about FAA regulation what all passenger must have seat belt on and fastened ? Hard to figure out how to do that if standing - just sounds truly dangerous and illegal.
