Feb 10th 2013 11:20AM Everyone should unplug from the system and live life debt free. Yeah, home ownership seems like the American dream, however it is the dream of most humans around the world. But, people in many other countries save up and purchase their home with cash. Yes, this is touch, but it covers your butt if you loose your job. And, buying a modest home instead of a fancy one will hold the rent you pay on it for life (property taxes). I know people who pay thousands of dollars in propoerty taxes while living on a fixed SSI income leavinf them with very little money to live. I don't listen to their sob stories because they knew this when they bought the big fancy house! URGH !

Jan 18th 2013 9:48AM It is the threat of violence by the criminal element who almost always already have illegal guns that drives gun sales and if an area is arming itself legally these are the good citizens taking protective action against the illegal criminals. These are the real facts. Soory, but the truth is the truth. Yes, there are areas where there is a hgher density of crininals and criminal atract more criminals so yes, homes sales in these areas will be depressed. I would never move into a neighborhood where the criminal element is but since more Amercians possessed guns during the development of America that did not I would choose to live among smart well armed fellow responsible Americans.

We sold everything and moved into a motorhome 6 years ago and we love the freedom. And are like these two becuase we also have no slideouts. Less than 270sf and a life of joy. Dec 21st 2012 8:28PM We must stop teaching children that killing is just a game. Computer games are the teaching aid here. This is a leading culprit in the up tic in these type kills. There are have gun for a hundred years and they were even easier to get. Most killings in the USA are drug and gang related and will never be stopped by any new gun laws. America has a drug problem and gun are the criminals enforcement tool and always will be even if guns were totally outlawed. Eliminate the programing and there will be a reduction but it will never be eliminated because killers will just find another means.
