In Brazil and other counrys all the person stealing your valuables need to do is razor the bottom of you pocket on that type of pants and your items fall right into the thevies hands. I do not think that wearing a ball cap and short pants is proper attire for a formal dining establishment. I don't give a flying Xuck who you are-proper attire and manners still matter in this world--what if it was a bunch of Dessert Storm vets in "pants on the ground" attire!!!!!
