Summer Hotspot: Baltimore, Maryland {Gadling}

Apr 12th 2012 9:36AM Baltimore has a high crime rate. Don't venture to far away from the Inner Harbor and even there it's not as safe as it used to be. I live only 25 mi from B'More and haven't been there in years. Not too safe & very expensive to park
