TLC Renews 'The Little Couple,' Their Best "Little" Show {TV Squad}
Feb 24th 2010 11:05AM rs,
I hope you are not making a derogotory comment about Bill and Jen regarding the word "circus." They are real people not doing this for your amusement, but because they are interesting and interested in showing what "little people" can be like. I love this show, and I love Little People, but they seem to be going the way of Jon and Kate, sniping, letting the kids get the last word, etc. Amy is more of a disciplinarian than Matt, who is the big dreamer who somehow makes it work in the end most of the time, despite the fact that there are often snags in whatever he dreams up.
Dillinger's 1930 Ford Model A getaway car up for auction at Barrett-Jackson {Autoblog}
Jan 20th 2010 7:53AM Aeromax; nice catch on the misspelling.
As for the conditioning question of bullet holes or not, I would want the holes there only if I were never going to drive the car. Something about driving a car with bullet holes is odd to me. (By the way, I don't drive, but love old cars.)

I can't believe you replied. If you only wanted to say something nasty, you should have said nothing.

Nice ad. Good rhythm, catchy lyrics. Well done for what I assume is your own work.

Going Nude in 'Potter' the Right Move for Daniel Radcliffe {Popeater}
Dec 12th 2009 7:09PM Somehow everyone missed a link that referred to Daniel Radcliffe as Danielle. Jo Piazza ought to get her specs checked; last I heard Daniel was male, not transexual. I tried the link; it doesn't exist. Jo should be more careful--this was a very careless error.
Domenik Hixon Changes Course of Giants' Season {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Dec 7th 2009 1:12PM Maggybabs,
I hear you. My dad has been going to games since he was a boy; he remembers being there when Pearl Harbor happened and they called military men from the stands. I am 49 and have been attending for about 40 years. I would love to see us get back in to be able to leave the old Giants Stadium and christen the new one with a Super Bowl victory. We may not look great, but after yesterday I believe we can do it.

Veteran Sues McDonald's for $10 Million After Alleged Attack {Slashfood}
Nov 24th 2009 4:37PM Maybe I am naive, but I would tend to agree with those who back the veteran. I have a few comments to the various people who posted here (I am going to make them general, as I am not sure exactly who said what). As I have stated in previous posts, there appear to be three distinct types of helper dogs; guard dogs, trained to attack, service dogs, trained to be docile and help the person with whatever they need, and guide dogs, who are trained especially to lead the visually impaired. The last two jobs are not meant for aggressive dogs; the owner would get injured if the dog attacked suddenly while they were on a leash or guide. There are also certain personalities which are suited for each job. A guard dog would probably be a shepherd, a rotweiler, a pit or some other similar breed. A service or guide dog would more likely be a retriever or setter, although shepherds can be trained for service and guide duties as well.
As for the belief that the vet did not have PTSD, how could you possibly know that? Did you go through what he went through? I have also seen that some people also state that he was a Marine, proving that they did not fully read the article, which stated he was in the army. The spelling and grammar on this board is also disgraceful; as a professional proofreader some of your posts hurt me to read. I am amazed at some people's lack of basic writing skills, and these are the people who cast aspersions on others. In conclusion; Let's support our veterans, as they risk their lives for our freedoms, including the freedom to be stupid (you know who you are.)
Veteran Sues McDonald's for $10 Million After Alleged Attack {Slashfood}
Nov 24th 2009 4:19PM Bobby,
You must be in need of a guide dog yourself. It clearly states that this was a service (not guide) dog; the training is different, and so are the responsibilities. Next time read the article before showing your ignorance.
Roger Daltrey Yells At Disruptive Fan At Solo New York Show {Spinner}
Nov 24th 2009 9:25AM Willie,
Why are you afraid to identify yourself as from somewhere? I am a proud New Yorker. I would not put someone down just because of where they come from. If you were, say, from Boise Idaho, I would say that you were giving Boise a bad name and not blame all of Boise for your being a putz.
