Oct 15th 2006 3:04PM My sister-in-law flew down to Mexico for breast implants a couple of years ago. I thought she was nuts. Furthermore, she just went on vacation and guess where? Back to Mexico. Maybe she will come back with a new nose or something, who knows. I think it's crazy.
