I would not be surprised if Barack Obama uses the PHT liking loving modes/codes on people make people vote for him if those people did not know about the physiological control on their emotions through directed energy weapons.

If you are off the drugs, cigarettes, and other bad habits, ask other people to help you keep it off. Those people will be your witness of you off those bad habits.
