Dec 3rd 2010 3:18AM Why did she cut her hair?Perhaps because she wanted to.She is still a lovely and talented young lady and I must agree with those who realized that despite the fact she is very wealthy and(I'm sure)very busy she took the time to thank us all for being her fans and wished one and all a happy Christmas.The only comment I'd add is that her parents did a great job of rasing her.As far as I can tell she is very grounded and is handling her stardom with grace and the knowledge that stardom is fleeting at best.Also..kudos,Em for taking time out to exercise your considerable intelligence before you're to old.Will she ever have to worry about paying the bills?Hardly...but education is never something to take lightly.Go getem,Emma.I for one will be sorry the Potter series is coming to the end but it's been a great ride...=:)

Jul 1st 2010 12:59PM Have seen a few of his films but am not a big fan of shock or scary movies.I often watch the cartoon channel if for no other reason than variety.Was unaware that there was an anime series about the last air bender so when I see Shyamalan's film it will be with no prior concept in mind.I can understand disappointment from fans of the anime series if it does not follow the characters and story line closely.However..I have never been a stickler for content especially in a fantasy or sci fi movie.If the good guy successfully kicks butt and takes numbers I'm a happy viewer.

Apr 8th 2010 11:31AM It is gratifying to see that the majority of people who posted here are willing to give Tiger a second chance.Truth?His personal life is not our concern.He is no longer a role model?Wrong.If anything he has shown all the kids who idolize him that he is human and not without faults.However one looks at his appologies as to what he has done the fact that he has a prodigious work ethic and a focus second to none is what really matters.Afraid your kids might think it's ok to transgress?Uhhhh...I don't think so.Even if you feel you must school them about this very real problem the fact remains that any kid who idolizes Tiger and takes away from watching or listening to Tiger speak about his life as a golfer and what is important to him as a player..even a part of his focus and determination it cannot but help a youngster deal with his or her chosen direction.Private life..public life.These should be apples and oranges,He erred,he appologized and all else should be between him and his wife....period.

Mar 24th 2010 2:29AM Ha,ha..great stuff,Bill.I too am 71 and been a smoker since I was 15.No cancer,no lung probs,no nada.Do I think smoking is a bad habit?Yep...however there are still a lot of us around young and old.Wonder what might happen to our biased government if we all quit at once?Ut oh..no more cig taxes coming in.Shit..now we'll have to find a tax to replace that or go broke.Unbelieveable...=:(
