Jul 18th 2011 2:38PM What I am trying to figure out is your favorite place is New Orleans...the French Quarter is not a rip-off tourist trap? The Quarter, in my humble opinion, is not only trashy, it's still nasty and dangerous, although historic, just like South of the Border. I guess you just too cool to like or understand something that just is what it is, it certainly isn't out to impress you.

Jul 18th 2011 2:30PM I agree! I have been travelling that stretch of I-95 for over 30 (omg!) years from Ft. Lauderdale to DC. I can't wait to see those South of the Border signs! It means I'm either get there or getting home. I love SOTB!
