Mar 22nd 2010 7:14PM You forgot to mention another place where you have to eat sausage. That would be in South Bend Indiana on Easter Monday, or what locally is called Dyngus Day. It is a local Polish tradition. It has become quite political in recent years, but everyone tries to make themselves out as Polish. Sausage, hard boiled eggs, and beer are consumed in great quantities while polka music fills the air.
