I think that you can find groups of rude and unfriendly people in most
any country. I run into many in Canada and the US all the time but
here were many who were great. When I visited France, in the big
cities, people that I dealt with were that way, but in some of the
smaller towns, most I ran into were quite friendly and helpful. The
same with Germany, Italy and Greece.

Aug 1st 2012 4:09PM I 've heard about people comming and taking bees from homes and such
before. Sometimes they pay money other times not. But at least bees
can bee useful. My uncle had on several occasions, some kind of wasps
in their attic/crawl space. They got a few of a particular type of
bird, not sure of the name, that eats wasps and, though it did help,
they finally had to call an exterminator. We all hate it usually when
nature "improvises" and tries to take back some of what we took from
her.

Jul 31st 2012 10:47PM Only in America folks! I wonder if they've found and arrested that realtor, Carillo. We got scammed by a so called financial group that said they could help us get a HARP type restructuring on our conventional loan to help us with our "underwater" mortgage. He sent us this official looking set of papers that showed how we could save our house of 28 years. I looked them up at the BBB and in an online real state site. All seemed ok. We talked to our guy quite a few times. Even on a Sunday, which should have been a clue I guess. Finally, a packet of personal papers and $5600 later, all we get are recordings and to leave a message. I later stumbled onto this “scam reporting” site and there they were. They had bilked out about 3.5 million dollars at that point and that was just from the reported cases. You know the really great thing is “that they’re still in business”, but under a different name. The very same people are leading the business. They have different titles, but still the same group of people. I filed a complaint with the San Diego police, but it wasn’t in there area of enforcement. I filed a complaint with the State realty board but they said since they’d changed their name, IT WAS ALL COMPLETELY LEGAL, and they couldn’t touch them. We gotta find those people in a dark alley some time soon.
