Apr 15th 2010 8:00AM even if this stuff is free.. you have to watch what they're giving away.. some of this stuff is just not good for you at all and I just wont eat it free or not!!..My husband and I have decided that we won't eat at restaurants during the week any more and cook for ourselves. This has helped us eat a lot healthier. There was one problem. He wouldn't get off his lazy butt and I found I was doing all the cooking.. then I went out and found this beginners recipe book for him.. it was so perfect..so hilarious, and very politically incorrect. I won't tell you the name of the book on here.. cause some of the more conservative readers will jump down my throat, but if you have a good sense of humor and are not easily offended.. google "Whipped & Beaten Culinary Works".. but seriously. .don't goto the site if you can't take a good joke!

We have been trying to eat better.. we use bacon in tomato sauce, and as a flavoring.. but never really as a main part of the meal..My husband and I decided to stop going out to eat during the week. We found it helped us cut some costs..the problem was that I was doing all the cooking, while he sat on his butt. then i found this beginner's cookbook for him.. it was perfect.. hilarious, and very politically incorrect.
