Why is it that a neckerchief trumps medical licenses, nursing degrees, and medic certificates when it comes to simple assault and battery? Nobody in healthcare can make someone in distress do ANYTHING. But, sure, you had a CPR course and control to flow of pretzels... I want you performing my next craniotomy!
